Need a cute book for a Dad to be.

My cousin and his wife are having their first baby and I wanted to get him a cute book as a gift.

I figured you guys might have some good ideas.

I'm open to whatever - an educational book or even a cute kids book that tells a story about Dad, you know, one that makes you go "awww".


Any suggestions of books for dad.

Check Target, I got DH a book for Valentine's day called "Why A Girl Needs A Dad" Maybe they have some other ones that would be suited towards either.

Although you may have to search for it, there is a really cute book called "David! We're Expecting!" - unfortunately, I cannot remember the author.

If I can remember correctly, it seemed very much geared towards the soon-to-be fathers.

It's called She's Having a Baby: And I'm Having a Breakdown -- it was informative, but tongue-in-cheek at the same time.

Paul Reiser has a book called "Babyhood" My brother read it when his wife was expecting. He said it was cute.

Realgrumpy's right -- Babyhood was a very good, cute book. I also read it right after DW found out she was expecting.

Those sound great. Emmyfaye - it's too bad that book is out of print now, it sounds really cute.

I also recommend Babyhood. I got this book for DH when I was pregnant with my first. We're huge Paul Reiser fans anyway, so I knew we'd both like this book. DH would read it in bed and sit there laughing, and after I read it, I understood why. It definately depicts the expectant parents realistically.
