Need a computer guru please

I had to change the registry in one of the computers because of a file sharing problem. I changed the value in the restrictanonymous from 1 to 0 and then it works for a minute but then the value switches itself back to 1 and it stops working.

Any thought son how to get it to stay at 0?

I am no computer guru whatsoever but did you restart your computer after you made the change?? I was looking around for info and all their instructions on stuff like that was to restart the computer right after to make the change take place......
