Hi all!
For my good friend's upcoming baby shower I am doing the gift with the laundry basket filled with clothes and when you start taking out the clothes they are all on the clothesline? I have done this gift before and had found a really adorable poem to read first. I can't seem to find it anywhere online. Anyway know what I am referring to? And if not, any other suggestions?
Thanks a bunch!! :)

The Greatest of Gifts

Ten little fingers,
Ten little toes,
The sweetest of smiles
And a cute little nose
All these add up
To a very special thing--
A baby---
The greatest of gifts
That life can bring.

Thanks. That is not the one I was looking for but maybe I can use it to come up with my own.
Thanks for the help anyway! I appreciate it. :)

I haven't learned how to cut and paste or post a link but here is the one I think you are looking for:
http://www.baby-shower.com/story/ba...wer clothesline poem... I hope this helped..

Never done this myself but did see a clothesline of clothes that were for baby for each month of the year! Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, etc & close to size appropriate too-very cute. Good luck!

Is this the one you're looking for? I had it hanging in my girls' room until very recently (LOL, they're 15 and 14 now).

"Cleaning and scrubbing can wait til tomorrow.
For babies grow up, we've learned to our sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust, go to sleep.
I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep".
