Need a 1 day touring plan for single mom and 2 kids

Kids are both girls ages 7 and 10.

Never been to DL before. Only able to spend 1 day there. Would like a casual pace- not racing around for the day.



Also- can you get 1 day DL passes at the Disney Store?
