Need 65 points for JULY!!

Hello! I am in need of 65 points for a STUDIO at either 'Beach Club' OR 'Wilderness'. The dates would be Sun July 25th - Friday July 30th (cheking out that morning) Also, I am new at this and am wondering if the $$ per point also includes all taxes and fees?
