Need 2 bedrms at BWV or BCV 11/5/05-11/10/05

I am new to this process. We are looking to stay at a 2 bedroom beachclub or boardwalk villa for 5 nights (Sat 11-5-05 until Thurs 11-10-05). From the chart, it looks like I need to purchase 189 points. It seems like it is cheaper to do it this way than to go to Disney/AAA discount. Any advice (along with points to rent) would be appreciated.

It is cheaper to rent this way especially if you avoid Friday and Saturday nights. There are more restrictions on cancellation and you will need to pay
a deposit up front of about half once a reservation has been made.
