Need 140 points (I think) for BCV 6/1-6/6 - We're GOING

I am new to this point concept but I think I've figured out my point total correctly.

Old college friends are meeting a Beach Club Villas in June (1-6)with our families. I will need a 1 bedroom villa which calculates out to 140 points.
