We need one night at an off-site hotel before we start our on-site stay. We are looking for someplace with the following:

Safe location
Clean
Great Price ($50-$100)

Other than those qualifications, the hotel amenities don't really matter. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I stay at the marriott village several times a year, at the beginning or end of a trip usually. VERY close, clean, quiet. I stay at the springhill suites because they sleep 6 but there is a fairfield and a courtyard in the same complex that I would expect the same from. it's on the other side of I4 from downtown disney. while there isn't a fence around the compound, there is a guard at the entrace. 89-99 a night this weekend.

I just booked a night at the Hilton in Downtown Disney. It was $99 prepaid, otherwise would have been $129.

Great deal being offered these days for the Marriott Village using the mousesavers link. Room rates under $100, plus a $25. credit offered (we used our to buy morning coffee, plus bottled drinks and snacks).

Are you looking to be in the Lake Buena Vista area? If so, I recommend the COuntry Inn and Suites on Palm Parkway. Clean, safe, inexpensive. Not a lot of frills, but it does offer contiental breakfast.

Try Hotwire. We found a Best Western for $26 a night for the week of July 13th. They have very positive reviews
