Google Adds Digital Mapping with Keyhole Buy

Google plans to incorporate Keyhole's digital mapmaking into its growing arsenal of search tools. Yahoo offers a similar service with Mapquest. CNN reportedly used Keyhole's technology to give viewers three-dimensional views of battlegrounds in Iraq during the U.S.-led invasion last year.........

I recall visiting the Keyhole site last year in the early days of the war last year, amazing technology. It will be interesting to see where Google takes this, they have done so well with past ideas incorporated into their system.

This is sort of old news Dan. A week old. I know because my 7 day free trial of KeyHole LT is going to expire today. I've had a lot of fun looking around the US including:

Yes, Google does come up with neat logos for various holidays and events, don't they? I always enjoy them. I saw that one last night before I signed off and thought, cool.

Yes, old news for sure, I think relesed on the 27th, maybe 26th, but thought maybe missed by many here. I have not taken the time to sign up for their 7 day, and know I will probably sign up for their lite package. How was those locations you looked at John??
