NC no longer a state according to DVC?

I was just making a reservation, entered the street, the city, then tried to select NC as the state - but it wasn't there. I looked all up and down the list and it was missing.

So strange...

Totally not saying there isn't something weird going on, but also being from NC, is it possibly lower on the state "N" list than you are expecting (alphabetized by the full North Carolina, not the initials NC)? I've been noticing that on a few other sites recently. Not saying it's not just an IT glitch, just trying to help.

So I went back and looked again. NC's at the top of the list. The list goes...

Armed Forces Europe
Armed Forces Pacific
District of Columbia
Federated States of Micronesia
North Carolina
Virgin Islands
Alabama
Alaska
and so on alphabetically

then at the bottom it gets screwy again

America Samoa
Georgia
Guam
Marshall Islands
Northern Mariana Islands
Palau
Puerto Rico

Has to stink being an owner in DC, GA, or NC.

Yes, but Georgia wasn't listed in the state portion of the list. So I'd assume the Georgia at the bottom is really the state of Georgia.

Alaska and Alabama make the lower list as well.

It looks like sloppy programming to me, someone placed them in the wrong section of the list with the "other" list of countries associated with the USA. I would notify IT or MS.

Yes, it is a country that I am at odds with. Sometimes the DVC computers decide that I am not living in Germany, but in Georgia. Usually all mail arrives here in Germany, but recently one of those letters from the DVC head guy about some changes (I think the resale changes) arrived very late because it was addressed to me in Georgia. I have tried to get DVC to change it, but they tell me that in their database it says that I am in Germany. I guess it is just another example of Disney's wonderful IT system...
