Navigator's verandah question???

I can't believe I don't know the answer to this but is the cat. 7 Navigator's verandah an open window or is it an enclosed space? I mean is it an open air type of thing or just a porthole with glass?

Open. It's kind of nice because it blocks a lot of the wind.

That is music to my eyes! (No sound from the screen!) I want a veranda but not the high price. I think this may be up our alley!

the doors open and you have a full balcony. 2 chairs and 1 table I think. That was the feature we appreciated most about our cabin on the Wonder. While there isn't alot of extra room it is nice to be able to sit out side and read or wait for the others who are getting ready to go out
