Navigating ECV in the parks?

I googled an image of a go go traveler and I only see one battery below the seat. I'm confused here.

For someone with no experience on a scooter I think the free store scooters is a way to start. If you can handle that one you will be good to go.
What you’re seeing is the battery BOX - when you open the box, there’s 2 batteries in it…

Just wanted to come and say thank you for this thread and discussion!

I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last summer. I've completed chemo, the cancer is shrinking, but I'm still on pills every day, and lab work, injection, and oncologist follow up every 3 months for the rest of my life. And I get to deal with the med's side effects. BUT at least I'll be alive and should survive!! (side effects are way better than not being here).

I can't walk as far, get tired easily, and can't stand as long without pain. Day to day at home under normal circumstances is fine, but we'd usually walk 15k-20k steps (7-14 miles) per day at Disney so I don't think I'll be up for that.

For my celebratory trip this coming June I was considering an ECV/Scooter, and the past few weeks of packing the house readying to downsize has been reinforcing that an ECV will be needed at Disney. I've become increasingly nervous about navigating the parks, and especially the ride queues on an ECV/Scooter, will the battery last the day, etc.

This thread/discussion has helped allay my fears!

While I'll still be nervous until I drive the ECV/Scooter through a queue without holding up the line for the first time, I'm feeling a lot more comfortable with what to expect.

I think we all feel a bit nervous the first time. No worries! I rent from Golds and they tell me to tuck the charge cable in the back pocket on my scooter. Take it with you, just in case. I've only had to charge in the parks one time out of many trips.
