Navigating an AP Blackout Date?

Just realized we are blacked out for the Saturday of our December trip that we are taking with the rest of our family (who all have the higher tier AP and are not blacked out). Anybody know if their is a discounted rate for single day/single park tickets for AP holders?

No. There is not.

As the pp stated, Disney no longer sells blockout tickets to AP holders. You will have to buy one day tickets, which are rarely discounted. You might want to calculate the price of a one day ticket for the date you need (since it will be December, I would assume the price would be peak) and compare that to the cost of upgrading your AP. If an upgrade would get you better discounts, parking, MP, PP, etc., it might be a better deal instead of the one day tickets. Worth considering...
