Na'vi & new ROL schedule

I can't remember what the ROL schedule was for last year, but I remember we were able to ride both rides in Pandora by FP+ FOP, watching ROL then heading over to Na'vi right after the show to catch it right before park closing. It was only about a 20 minute wait at that point.

We were hoping to do the same this year, but it seems like they changed the schedule. I booked a TH dinner package yesterday and they told me that ROL is now showing at 8:15 that day in September, which would be 15 mins after park close.

Now I can't decide if we should skip the package and just go to Na'vi. Does anyone have any tips on getting both in without a horrendous wait? We will only be in AK for half day, so RD isn't an option. What is the lastest possible time you can arrive at ROL with the dinner package?

I would try for Na'vi before dinner. It's on the way to TH.

We arrived last minute for reserved seating from a dining package on our last trip. We did not get good seats. We were directly behind a pole. I was just happy to see the show, but disappointed that we didn't have a better view.

It seems with a dining package people come early for the better seats.

How soon in advance would you suggest we get there to get great seats if we have the Dining package
