I received a survey card in the mail from national regarding my rental experience with them in Miami. I was instructed to call their special 1800 number and respond to questions via the telephone. After completing the survey, I was given a code for one free day off any weekend rental good til Dec. 2002. I was told to print the code number on the postcard I received in the mail and have it available at the time of rental.
