National Scrapbook Day

I signed up for a 16 hour crop at a LSS yesterday.

What is everyone doing this year for it? I haven't noticed as much hype this year.

I thought about going to that one but went with the one at Scrap N Stuff - it includes meals (Croppe Shoppe doesn't) and since I won't have a car with me that was important.

I won't be doing anything special. I have plans with DH this weekend so the LSS crop is out. My CMC is doing a 24-hour crop May 8-9 to celebrate NSD, but not only is it $50 (can't spend that much with SDV coming up) but our neighbors are getting married that Saturday. Hopefully I'll have time to scrap in my craft room though!

I told DH I wasn't going to be around this weekend and he was confused as to why I was cropping for 2 days (normally it's just one). I said, "It's National Scrapbooking Day. You mean you don't have that marked on your calendar?" I wonder if I can convince him that NSD is a gift-giving holiday.

Our NSD is May 9th also. It is going to be 10 hours of cropping. I hope to get a lot done and school gets out the next week. I have a lot to do between now and then.
