National Counter Question

We are Emerald Isle Members. We had to book a full size SUV this time due to everyone going. The reservation states to go to counter. I have no problem with that, except I am wondering if I can go to the counter in the garage or do I have to go to the counter in the terminal building.

This is weird, you should of gotten "emerald reserve". I would reccommend calling MCO's national directly EXCEPT last august, I made the mistake of doing that, and they changed something on my ressie (used one of my "free" days from points), told me it lowered the price the $50.00, and I agreed, then found out it was $300.00 more when I printed it out a few minutes later, and national would NOT re-instate my rate). So not sure if you got a great deal, I would not play with it. Or I would try to make another ressie, and see if you get the same rate / and can use the emerald reserve feature?

Good luck, but beware making any phone changes with national or mco, once it is changed you are stuck. Mky

Counter means the counter inside the terminal. Usually the only reasons your reservation would make you go to the counter would be an upgrade coupon or renting of a car seat.

Not sure why your reservation says counter and not Emerald Reserve.
