National at Car Care Center - Emerald Aisle?

For those of you that have rented from the WDW Car Care Center, can you still choose your car with the Emerald Aisle like at the airport? We are renting one way to go home, but if hubby can't pick his car, we will take the Magic Express back to the airport and rent the car from there.
