Nassau Excursions

Looking at a stop in Nassau, but want to save a little bit of money and use a third party excursion company. I know Disney guarantees that you will be back on the ship if you use their excursion, but we can save a lot of money through another vender (We are on a somewhat tight budget). Has anyone used one, and what was your experience like? My biggest concern is getting back to the ship on time. Because we also want to make an alcohol run for our stateroom while we are there

Found a snorkeling excursion and a happy hour cruise excursion that we really liked. On shoreexcursionsgroup.com. But also still looking. We definitely want a water-based activity.

I was just curious if anyone has used them since they're not directly with DCL, or if they had any experiences with other third parties.

I use third parties all of the time. You should be fine. Use viator.com or Travel Advisor and read the reviews

We book outside DCL too. Just make sure you read the reviews and don't book excursions that put you too close to the all aboard time. Have a great trip!

Any reputable company offers the same guarantee as Disney - get you back to the ship on time or get you to the next port. Even Disney ships can only wait so long before leaving port. We almost exclusively book independently. Read the reviews - I'm seeing some not-so-great ones about this company. Shore Trips is a good company. If you plan to do a booze run I would make sure the leave even a little more time to get back to the ship. My personal comfort level would be about 2 hours before all aboard.
