#1) If we take a cab over to Atlantis can we look through the aquariums? or do we have to book the tour to do this?

#2) Will a 5, 6 and 7 yr old enjoy Atlantis? How much walking is extenisive?

#3) Is there a golf tour in Nassau? I don't see one listed...

You don't have to book a tour to see the aquarium. You will have to buy wristbands at Atlantis though. I believe they are $25 for adults and less for children (not sure of the exact cost). I haven't done it so I don't know how extensive the walking is, but I am guessing it's not bad and I bet the kiddos would like it (based on things I have been told).

I don't know about the golf thing.

a five/six/seven year old would enjoy atlantis immensely....once there. getting there is a different story. there is a lot of walking from the ship to the dock, from the dock to the ferry, then again the other dock to the hotel/resort (remember you have to do this all over again when returning). we went last year. our 4yo got tired and fell asleep. thank god we had a lightweight stroller. she slept throughout the tour. when she woke up, we walked the entire length of the aquarium again so she could see it.

Thanks...

I thought I remember taking a cab over to the Atlantis beach from our Carnival ship. Is this an option? Since we're going to do the aquarium on our own, if we do it, transportation won't be included. I'd rather go by land than by boat.

We took a cab (about $4-5). They left us at the front door of the resort and we just picked up a cab to return to the ship at the same spot. I heard walking with the Disney excursion is lengthy and in the full sun.
