Anybody use them. Tried one last night and really think I slept better, but I can fool myself into such thoughts as well.

I tried them, didn't help. Annoying. Now I have a CPAP. Even more annoying, but it works.

My DH has used them for years and says it helps him.

When they first came out and I was pregnant they were amazing because I couldn't take sudafed or afrin and all, they worked like a charm with general stuffiness. I see lots of athletes use them all the time

There seems to be no downside except for possibly scratching my cornea. Still think I feel less tired and I am pretty sure I can feel significant difference when breathing at night.
I AM CVS member so I get 30 for $8 at cvs. Is BJ's much better than that.

I use them, almost every night (I have crazy allergies). I get the Up & Up target brand because I like them better than name brand. Looks like there might better deals elsewhere, though.

I also purchase these on Amazon. DH and I both use them. He uses them in conjunction with his CPAP, and I have terrible allergies so need them to help breathe when congested.

I use them from time to time when congested and they help me breathe clearer and get a more restful sleep. It took me a while to get used to them. I have touch sensitivity with certain things, and the feeling of having something stuck on my nose was itchy and uncomfortable at first, but I overcame it.

They are amazing and God bless whoever invented them! I could not have done pregnancy without them.
