Ladies, have you tried the cream blush from NARS? I've not tried cream blush before, but I'm intrigued. Opinions? Experiences with it?

I've never used their cream blush, but a great website for makeup reviews is Makeupalley.com. I don't buy any beauty tool without consulting the site first.

I LOVE makeupalley.com!!! Don't buy anything without looking there first.

looked it up on MUA, all the creme blush colors have good reviews.

Thank you, ladies! :goodvibes

I'm curious to know if they're difficult to apply.:confused3 I'm looking at the colors Penny Lane and Cactus Flower.

The trick to cream blush is to have moisturized skin and to blend the color out. If you have any flakes or dryness, the cream blush will only emphasize this. So be sure if you normally have dry skin to moisturize first. Then apply the cream to your fingers and blend it over your cheeks. This works better than applying from the tube as you have more control over the intensity of the color. Have fun!

I like the stick blush by Tarte. It is called cheek stain.

I am intrigued now and want to check this NARS one out too.

Thanks for the tips! I'm 44, moisturized skin is a must for me!;) This blush comes in compact form. I guess I'll have to play with it until I get comfortable with applying it. :thumbsup2

NARS cream blush comes in a compact. Seems like it may be easier to control its application. I'm going to order Penny Lane. I'm looking for a natural look.

I have NARS penny lane.

I think it is very easy to apply, I use my fingers. I think it is a nice neutral, but a little too 'pink' for me & I would not call it pink, dusky maybe? I will buy NARS again, just a different color, mix it up a little.

I am 39 and use Regenerist facial stuff, I don't have a problem with dry skin. The blush definitely does not get flaky.

Is there any sheen/sparkle in it?

I use NARS The Multiple as blush and I love it! It's a stick that can be used on eyes, lips, and cheeks.
