So technically if I could get a reservation, and wanted to use 2 table service credits, could I go in there and order the $58 surf and turf and not have to pay anything?

Close to nothing, but you will have to pay the tip. $12 for a steak and lobster meal is not bad at all!!! A couple more $ to the tip for the drink and dessert...but even $15 would be an amazing price to pay for that meal!!!
I live in Maine and IF I cook it myself I can ALMOST get steak and lobster for $15...maybe
