Narcossees or Kona Cafe

We are planning on a night out without the kids during our October trip and the kids will go to the Neverland club- should we use 2 TS credits on going to Narcossees or use just one on Kona Cafe- we have ate at Kona before and liked it but is Narcossees so much better??

I would go to Narcoo, especially since its a night out w/o the kids. I think you'll enjoy it, the food is delicious, it's a nice and relaxing dinner.

I'm not a huge advocate of 2TS dinners because I don't think the value is there, but Narcoo is one place where you get the value.. some of their meals retail for $60 and they also have an excellent dessert lineup.

Chooing between those two is all about atmosphere. Last time we ate at Kona, it was one of the best meals we had, but the atmosphere was not all that great. It is just a litte better than your typical hotel restraurant.

Narcossees has a great atomosphere, but the food was just okay. The MK fireworks view was great and the atmosphere more adult. For a special night out, I would probably choose Narcossees since food can vary from meal to meal and personal preference.

For a night out without the kids, I would go to Narcoosees. As much as I love Kona, the food and atmosphere is better at Narcoosees.

We loved our meal at Narcoosees last Sept. we eat there again this Sept. I would go to Narcoossees for the Almond Crusted Cheesecake alone.

I have not been to Kona Cafe so I can't speak about it...... but I have been to Narcossees. Loved the meal and the fireworks on the deck. But the atmosphere was nothing special. Way to loud in my opinion. I was honestly surprised at how loud it was. Still a great evening.

We ate at both last year, DS 12 and DD 9. We all liked Kona better. However, asked to be seated away from the lobby at Kona because it can be very noisy. The food was better, especially the dessert at Kona. We found the food at Narcossees to be just okay. The lobster tail was like rubber, the server was horrible and it was loud in there too.

Kona is the one for us . I dont give to much leeway on service or food quality at WDW and Narcosees has let us down twice.

We had an amazing meal at Narcossee's in May and we are going back in Sept! DH and I shared the crab cakes as an appetizer and then we each had the steak and lobster and it was all delicious! Besides the wonderful food the restaurant also offers a lovely view!
