Narcoossee's is our absolute favorite restaurant in all of WDW!!! We go every trip, and have not been disappointed once. We usually order either the Surf n Turf, or the Whole Maine Lobster, both are sooooo delicious! We enjoy the atomosphere there, and we have always had terrific service! We like to take the GF resort launch from the MK over to the GF. It is a nice relaxing ride. I highly recommend Narcoossee's!!!!

I agree 100%!! My DH loves the surf and turf. The menu always has a unique or seasonal item (like a chef's special soup or new salad). The cesear salad is awesome, and I have loved everything there! It's so nice to get wine, relax, enjoy the views, and have a great meal!

I hope they keep the filet because I'm not a seafood eater and the chicken just doesn't sound exciting to me.

What do people usually wear here? Do we need to dress up or can we go in park clothes?

You can still get the lobster or the surf and turf on the DDP. My boyfriend had the surf and turf. The lobster tail is not a Maine lobster. He says that if you really want good lobster to get the whole Maine lobster. Of course we are not biased being from Maine and all I had some chicken dish-very yummy. I do have pictures of our desserts and will try and post them.

Our cake was not Sara Lee. The frosting was so yummy. On the sweet side which is how I like it. The only problem was they charged us for an 8 inch cake ($25) when I think it was 4 (maybe a short 6-depending if you measure up to the tip of the castle). Thought of writing them.

I wore a summer skirt (from the sale rack at Talbot's) and a white t-shirt. My DBF wore shorts (not jeans) and a polo shirt. Someone was in a t-shirt and matching shorts so I don't think they enforce the dress code. Someone else was in a beautiful beaded gown.

We lucked out with a window table. I just love looking out on the water.

Ummmm, the 8 in refers to the cake's diameter, not the height. They don't make 4 in cakes unless you specifically ask for individual size.

We used two dining credits at Narcoossee's in August of 08, and had one of our best meals ever. The surf and turf was wonderful, the service supreme, and the margarita made with Patron was delish! We loved it (wife, 13 yr old son and 9 yr old daughter) and are heading back again in August 09. Can't wait!

We ate at Narcoossee's last month- loved it.

DH and I will be back in March for our Anniversary dinner.

I highly recommend it to anyone.
