Narcoossees Question?

I just had a quick question. Right now I'm booked for Narcoossees at 5:30PM, right when they open. My question is, will I still be able to keep this meal and be at the MK for the start of MVMCP at 7:00PM?

When I talked to the CM on the phone, she said the meal would most likely take about an hour. However, I've read around here that many signature restaurants take 2 hours. It will just be me and my father going, and neither of us are particularly slow eaters.

If you tell your server what your time frame is, it should not be a problem. Many people enjoy taking the 2 hours.

And with just 2 of you, almost certainly you will not have a problem.

If you order an appetizer, tell them not to hold up the main course.

We've been in and out of there in an hour easily. We knew what we wanted to order ahead of time and told the server we were going to the party......Enjoy!

Wow, thank you all so much for the quick responses. That makes me feel so much better! After I had read about it possibly taking 2 hours, I was so nervous. Visions of bouncing in my seat while waiting for the meal to end knowing the party was currently going on were definitely filling my head.

I just think it is a shame to spend the money for a place like Narcoossee's and then rush through your meal. Have you considered eating somewhere else that night? DH and I spent 2 1/2 hours and enjoyed every minute of it.

I have to agree, on a party night I would not get there when the party started, i would get there at 4 when they let me in!

Just seems a waste to rush a lovely dining experience

I agree with this. Personally, if I'm going to a place like Narcoossees and spending maybe $100 per person I want to really sit and enjoy the experience. Having been there in early October, I would say this is not the kind of meal I'd want to rush. On the same note, I wouldn't want to late for the party. I'd try to them on separate days if possible.

we went 10/14 and had a great meal.....it took 90 minutes with dessert....but the filet was the best I've EVER had
