Just a somewhat random but still on topic comment. I love the food of Canada and can think of several dishes and cuisines that are underrepresented at Le Cellier currently. Time for a serious update.

Longhorn is FAR better than LC. Truly it is.

Exactly, my sentiments as well. But I will give LC the nod over an Applebee's steak. LOL
