Narcoossee's Lobster

DD16 is planning on trying the Steamed Lobster when we visit in May. Does it come pre-cracked/separated? I don't eat lobster and wouldn't know where to start. She most likely wouldn't be able to crack it due to hand movement restrictions. Or would she be better with the Lobster Tails?
