Narcoosee's and Wishes - how should I time this?

At 180 days out, I booked a 6:15 ADR at Narcoosee's - party will be me, DH and 83yo MIL on her 1st WDW trip. When the park schedules came out, it turns out by pure luck Wishes is that night, but not until 8pm. That night will be our only chance to see Wishes (1st week in Dec. they're only doing it 12/1 and 12/3? We leave on 12/6) so my question is - should I try to stretch the dinner out and still be at a table at 8pm to see Wishes? Will Narcoosee's keep a pace to turn the table over by 8pm making this impossible anyway? Or should we do dinner, finish around 7:30 and take the monorail to MK and let her see them up close? She's very mobile, I just worry about the volume and crowds. Any opinions?

I would stick with the early reservation. Take you time over dinner and enjoy it. By the time you've done starters, main, desert and coffees it may well be time for wishes. If not, why not just hover around the GF, either on the balcony outside narcoossees or the beach etc.
