Napa Rose with children?

Did you go to Napa Rose? We are headed to DLR in June and I want to book a table but we have 2 children, 9 and 7. The restaurant reminds me of the Flying Fish at Disney World where we always saw other children but it doesn't seem that Napa is quite the same :)
Napa Rose is a nice restaurant, and kids are allowed. That said, it is a long meal and kids should be able to sit through a 2 hour meal. Some kids are up to it, a few aren't.

Just a quick fyi, this post is from 2009.....there may be better info out there. :)

We've been to Napa Rose 6 or so times. I never make reservations when I'm at DLR, so we just ate in the bar area. Which early has been quiet every time. I've looked over the restaurant and there are not generally a lot of toddler age children there. I have seen older children there which much more frequency. The first time we went with friends and when we walked up with two children age 10 and 6, they didn't flinch but were booked. They offered to seat us and serve us in the bar. I liked it a lot, and we've been going to the bar area ever since. It is a little more casual, but if you are going early, it is usually pretty empty and no one seems to mind the kids being around. I have not been to Victoria and Alberts, but other than that, I have never seen less children on average at any Disney eatery at DLR, WDW, or Aulani. But don't let that scare you, if at 7 and 9 they can handle a longish dinner, it will probably be just fine. If your are there between June 21-28 maybe we will be dinner neighbors.
