We weren't able to get any ADRs for our upcoming trip. Just wondering if anyone has had luck with getting same-day reservations? Or do they reserve any tables for walk ups?
Walk ups are possible, but you have to be at the restaurant when they open to join the wait list, because it fills up fast for the night. They no longer have the lounge as an option, but do have bar seating on an as available basis.

Also keep checking the website for reservations week of leading up to day before/day of. I saw multiple for Napa pop up last week when I was checking for my parents. People like to drop their reservations 24 hours + (to avoid getting charged the cancellation fee).
Don’t give up on a reservation. For our trip two weekends ago I wasn’t able to get a reservation until a couple of days before, despite trying for more than a month. I got it for 8:55pm but would have liked earlier. I kept checking and was able to move it up to 8:30.
Much of the lounge is still taken up with table service so they can spread guests out but the Bar which is first come first serve also full menu service if you don't mind a
more casual experience.
Fun story...we went to the Napa Rose bar for a few drinks before dinner at Wine Country. Hit it off with the bartender and he asked "are you guys dining here this evening?"..."nope, we tried to get a reservation but Wine Country is all we could get."..."OK, hang on"...he goes talks to the manager...they call over to Wine Country, cancels our reservation there and then set us up with full table service at one of the high boy tables along the bar...SCORE!
Last Saturday we did walk up at Napa Rose for a party of 4.
They didn’t open until 5:30. Around 5pm there were about a dozen people waiting. Around 5:20 or so I’d say there were 20-30 people out front. Maybe some had reservations but certainly some were waiting for walk up.
I was waiting for my wife so we didn’t walk in until around 5:50pm. We put our name on the walk up list and were quoted 30 minutes. We got called for our table about 40 minutes later.
We were seated at a table in the former lounge area.
