Napa Rose reservations - is it even possible?

Has anyone been able to make Napa Rose reservations lately? They are supposed to be open (I think), but I have been checking over the last few weeks and there never seems be to any availability.

Has it become one of those get up at 6am and take your best shot kind of things?
