Exciting news! We were just able to book Chef’s Counter for the end of August. We called the restaurant directly and this is the information the hostess gave us -

Chef’s Counter is starting again on 8/6. It’s only offered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We could pick a time between 5:30 and 7:30. And the price per person is now $150.

Wonder if they are booking just 60 days out? I'd love to book it for our family on September 12th for my birthday.

If memory serves correctly it used to be 60 days out for Chef Counter and was always only by phone.
I would call directly at 714-300-7170 , I always leave a message and get a call returned promptly the same day.

Maybe I missed it but what is the dress code requirement for Napa? Kind of difficult to run back to the room to change into pants but we also do not want to be out of place.

For me, business casual since I usually go after work. And I feel most are that way too. But I'm sure, I have seen casual patrons in shorts and t shirts.

No dress code at Napa. I usually wear a collared shirt but it isn't necessary

You are correct. The price recently raised to $150 per person instead of $100, pre-Covid. The wine is an extra $55 (or $50) per person.
