Napa Rose or Napa Rose Lounge??

Has anyone been to Napa Rose lately?? Is the menu the same at the Napa Rose Lounge as it is at NApa Rose???? Any reviews???

The only items that are not available in the Lounge are the main dinner entree's. All the apps, salads, soups, and desserts. If they are not really busy (which is rare) they will allow you to have a full dinner in the lounge.

As for reviews ... I have never had a bad meal, service, wine, cocktail, or experience at Napa Rose. It has not been named by Zaggat as the best restaurant in Orange County for nothing. Just remember that it is fine dining and it can be a 2 hour dining experience. It's not 45 minutes at the Plaza Inn (not that I don't love the Plaza Inn, because I DO!). It's also very resort casual. You will see suits and fancy dresses but you will also see Mickey Mouse ears and Disney sweatshirts. Their only dress code is no bathing suits and you must have shoes. Most guests go for resort casual.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking of going late one night just for drinks and dessert and didn't want to tie up a table for that so I thought maybe I could go to the lounge for dessert.

Where's the lounge? I don't think I knew they had just a lounge where you could eat. I guess it's by the resturant, which I have never seen in person. I plan on remedying that when I go in a few months!

I actually don't know where the lounge is I've only seen it listed in a book.
