The Hurricane names to avoid in 2005 are, Arlene, Bret, Cindy, Dennis, Emiliy, Franklin, Gert, Harvey, Irene, Jose, Katrina, Lee, Maria, Nate, Ophelia, Phillipe, Rita, Stan, Tammy, Vince and Wilma.

Now I think Cindy might be a supermodel of a storm, Dennis could be a menace, Katrina, well there is a band called Katrina and the Waves! I think there is a wind called Maria? And Wilma is associated with a loud noise from a flintstone!

So you have been warned!!

Well, let's see...

Franklin was well-known for irresponsible behavior during a storm.

Harvey was an invisible rabbit. I hope that means we won't see the storm by that name.

The Indigo Girls did an album called "Swamp Ophelia". I hope that does not mean Ophelia turns all of Florida into a swamp.

Oh my gosh, this is too funny! Check out the names for E and for the following hurricane F. My youngest daughter's name is Emily Franklin! I always knew she would be a troublemaker!

How about no way jose ! and i'm sure ophelia was the poor girl who went mad in hamlet, and hell hath no fury like a woman scorned ! , Tammy wynette blew people away with her voice, guess we better watch out next year. all these prophetic names , after ivan living up to ivan the terrible who knows what could happen.
