Correct at Disneyland (CA). However he does have his name on a window at WDW and DLP.

Well, there are 3 Roy Disney's that I know off (related to the Disney company)

Roy E.

Roy O.

and Roy Patrick

But I don't think any of the three have a "Disneyland" Window tribute, though all three have one at the Magic Kingdom (Orlando) and/or Disneyland Paris.

As I understand it, a specific decision was made to only have Walt and his father Elias have tribute windows at the original park.
