Names keep changing on reservation

I have made a reservation for 9 people and after entering the info for the 9 people and saving reservation the names change so that 4 of the adults have the same name but with different addresses. I have done this twice already with the same weird thing happening. Has anyone else experienced this?

What size unit are you booking? Or is it multiple units?

There's a few other reports floating around of similar things. Also entering the names and the confirmation emails shows differently than it does online.

Seems to be a new "feature" they've added with the upgrades they're doing.

Do you mean MDE accounts? That doesn't matter as far as their names being on a reservation.

I just had something similar happen. 3 of the 4 names on our reservation changed to DH's name. But we changed them making sure not to use the auto fill in our browser, they stayed with the correct names.

In my experience their system has always had similar issues. For one of our first trips (we started traveling to WDW December 2010) my son was multiplied so he was triplets. Which was interesting, since it actually put us over capacity for the 2 bedroom with our extended family, but the reservation stuck like that.

I left mine alone for a while but it I just checked today and another name has changed. I now have 4 people that have changed to my brother in laws name. Crazy.

For all the data collection that Disney does their database management has never been very stellar. Every now and then it get things showing they have pulled up an address that I haven't used for 15-20 years.

Sometimes if things don't get straightened out in a few days, it's best to call and have them "manually" fix it, which means that a CM has to send your call over to their tech department to drill down on your account and fix everything. But usually they are very nice and quick about it.
