Name your favorite "overlooked" attractions

While we are on the subject of Norway, I would say that the movie after Maelstrom is an overlooked attraction and one that should be tried at least once. My family and I really enjoy it and think it is very well-done but like the ride, too short!

What a memory that brings back. I was sitting next to a grandma in that movie who was loudly narrating the entire movie to her granddaughter as if she was blind..but she wasn't. "Oh look. There's snow. There's a mountain. Oh, there's a pretty little girl. Aren't the little girls from Norway pretty?" No number of dirty looks could shut the lady up.

I know I'm gonna be repeating some things people said, but here's my favorite underrated attractions.

Magic Kingdom
1. The Tomorrowland Transit Authority - Never a line, and when there's a nice breeze it's really relaxing.
2. Timekeeper - I'm really excited it's going to be opening again this summer. I LOVE this one. It's one of my Top 5 MK attractions.
3. Carousel of Progress - "There's a great big beautiful tomorrow / Shining at the end of everyday..."

EPCOT
1. Cranium Command - Hopefully Wonders of Life will open one last time this summer so I can see Buzzy and Hans and Franz again.
2. Living with the Land - I really like this one, enjoying both the look through the greenhouses and the ride through the rainforest and desert at the beginning.
3. Illuminations - Yes, I know everyone likes it, but this is, by far, the best nighttime show Disney has ever had. The soaring music and the fireworks lighting up the sky in grand finale...Chills every single time.

Disney Studios
I don't really think there's anything underrated now that they got rid of the Hunchback stage show.

Animal Kingdom
Maharajah Jungle Trek - So beautifully detailed and I really enjoy looking at the tigers.

Paging Tom Morrow. I love that on the TTA. It was also really cool once when Space Mountain was shut down. The entire ride was lit up. It was really neet to see it in the light. I even video taped it. I feel like such a geek now admitting that, but it was pretty cool at the time.

Another favorite is Walt Disney One Man's Dream at MGM. He was truly an amazing man.

Oh yes! That is a great one, too!!!!!!!!! I forgot to mention it.
I could stay for hours just looking at all the exhibits displayed in the building also.

At MK one night (when the park closed at 9), after Wishes we went into the movie theatre (the last building on the left before you get to the underpass and leave MK.) We sat all by ourselves and watched cartoons (that were laugh out loud funny) for 45 minutes.

That's one of my favorites too! The cartoons are wonderful, the photo ops are cute, and sometimes there's even a character of two back there. I know I've seen Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Jasmine, Mary Poppins, Wendy, Cruella, Daisy Duck, and Gov. Ratcliffe there over my past couple of visits (I may be forgeting some).

Count me in on TTA. My whole family(hubby, 9 yr. daughter and I) all love this ride. I love finding the Hidden Mickey on the lady getting her hair done.
I also love Carousel of Progress. We all get a kick out of the different eras represented. It's a great place to sit and relax. Both these rides offer you a chance to just sit and chill for a bit.

At Epcot, We love the little Butterfly tent and kids' garden. It allows us a chance to relax and our daughter a chance to run around. I really enjoyed "O, Canada!" film. I like the 360 degrees theater. The American Adventure is not to be missed. IT's Awesome!!!

MGM- We all like Sounds Dangerous. We also loved the sound mixing stuff in the exit lobby(you can play the voice of Snow White and/or the Witch) We spent a good 15-20 minutes in there doing that.

AK- We love the Bat Exhibit and the Tiger exhibit. TriceraTop Spin is okay- but it's so much easier to get on than Dumbo-We never had a wait(unlike Dumbo which can take forever).

A fun overlooked thing to do at WDW- Looking/finding hidden Mickeys. We had a Blast finding them everywhere...

The movie in the french pavilion is actually pretty cool, we went in there when it was really hot one afternoon in the hopes that our two kids would conk out in the movie. They (4 and 6) liked it enough that they actually stayed awake. We thought it was cool, too!

Then again, their favorite non cartoon on tv right now is Passion for Dessert with Jacques Torres (french guy)...

Most of the world pavilion has nooks and crannies just waiting to be discovered, like the koi? goldfish? pond over in Japan.

My four year old sings "it's a great big beautiful tomorrow" at the weirdest times since we happened to catch it on our last trip while hubby and six year old were on SM. I think the dog in that show may be alive....

Not really an attraction but I love Sonny Eclipse at the Starlight Cafe.

My favorite overlooked things at AK -- 1) The Village Beatniks (an awesome group of percussionists) and 2) Out at Rafiki's Planet Watch in the Conservation Station, there are booths that you sit in with head phones on -- the lights go out (I mean you are in total darkness!!!!) and you listen to the sounds of the rain forest....

My daughter, 7, loved Tom Sawyer's Island. We were there for almost an hour. She also really enjoyed the Honey, I shrunk the Kids movie set playground at MGM. Also at MGM, those godsend water sprays on the big coke bottle and truck outside the Backlot Tour! As for me, I enjoyed One Man's Dream at MGM a lot more than I thought I would. Also, I LOVED the opening ceremony at MK!
