Name those movies in Shrek....

Well, I have now seen Shrek 2 twice and laughed almost as hard the second time. It was absolutely awesome, and the second time I stayed for after the credits (didn't the first time).
Anyways, I was wondering if you could help me. I wanted to know all the movies they borrowed ideas from, or mocked.
These are the ones that I remember:
Spiderman - scraping the mud off to kiss Shrek
Little Mermaid - Was kissing Ariel when Princess threw her in the water
Beauty and the Beast - the dancing furniture, then later on Lumiere and Cogsworth
Pinocchio dancing like Michael Jackson
Lord of the Rings - both with the Ents in the Poison apple and the ring for Fiona
Peter Pan - Capt. hook in the bar

There were so many that I forgot. I wish that I would have been able to get more of the town of Far Far Away.
The best was FarBucks (for Starbucks). There was something to do with Old Navy and Gap, but couldn't quite make it all out.

I just saw Shrek 2 today and you noticed more than I did. My friend and I agreed that it is one of those movies that you can see again and again and pick up on new things. I LOVED the part after the credits! I always stay for the credits in case there are some good outtakes. This one was hilarious!

Not a movie, but the take off on the OJ chase scene with the "white bronco" going down the road. I laughed so much at that movie. My five year old niece and seven year old nephew thought I was nuts.

A friend of mine went to see Shrek 2 yesterday, and she said it sucked!! She said the first one was much better.

I don't think I believe her, though, because she is dying to see Garfield's new movie. Nuff said.. LOL!

I believe that the fairy god mother singing on the piano was from the Fabulous Baker Boys with Michelle Pfeiffer. I'm not sure of this one but I was thinking that the big gingerbread man was either a takeoff of the Staypuff marshmallow man from ghostbusters or a takeoff of blazing sadles where the big dumb guy was named Mongo (like the gingerbread man) and helps the good guys.
