Name tagging kids clothes

Has anyone ordered or used the Taggit system.

I not a one for ironing or sewing

I either get DH to do it, or i get him to use the wonderweb,

If anyone has used the taggits where is the best place to get them from (cheapest), and are they easy to use.

I haven't used these, but I've bought name tapes from M&S before now, and they were really good - they just iron on, and even a year of washing doesn't shift them.

I think they were £4 for about 100 - we're still going strong with the ones we had when DD started school 2 years ago. They do it in bigger stores as part of the 'back to school' promotions. I haven't noticed it recently, but I think they do it every year. HTH!

Oh God I hate the annual name tagging event that happens every September!! I have now resorted to a biro which I 'refresh' every now and them. I gave up sewing name tags on when the school said the more unscrupulous would just cut them out of items!! I do live very near to Chav Land - that's Chatham to you!

As one who spent hours sewing on tags, why not just use an waterproof indelible marker pen?

You get special Laundry Pens from stationers and art stores. I hate sewing.
