Name Stones on MK pathway

Does anyone know the name of the pathway that leads from the monorails to the entrance of the MK? It is the one with all of the peoples' names on them. BUT, I really wanted to know how you can get your name on one? And how much does it cost?

They don't sell them anymore. I bought one maybe 10-12 years ago.
