So I bought my boyfriend and I a disney cruisee, it's his gift for Christmas valentine's and our anniversary since all 3 are so close it worked out. I do still want to give small gifts to him so I'm not empty handed when he gives me mine. so far I plan on purchasing lanyards, tumbler cups, and door magnets to give him! anybody else have any ideas

Ooh I like this game! Room decorations like window clings could be fun. Matching tshirts (or a special shirt for him). Pirate accessories (or other costume stuff depending on when your cruise is). Sand spike drink holder. Stuffe4d animals (Disney plush).

You don't really need to bring much. Make sure you have the DCL app on your phone so you can use it on the ship. Bring OTC medication, like aspirin, cold medicine, etc. That stuff is hard to find and expensive on the ship. Like someone said above, if you want to dress up on pirate night, bring your own stuff. You can do the travel mug, but you don't need to. Sometimes it is easier to use their disposable cups and not have to carry the travel mug everywhere. Recommend you bring enough clothes for the duration because doing laundry can be a pain at times. If you do plan to do laundry, bring your own detergent.

To be honest, there is nothing you can bring/forget that will make or break the cruise. Just bring a desire to enjoy yourself.

Agree with the above. I would add sun glasses. Suntan lotion. Maybe an extra memory chip for his camera.

If you want to get him something he can use off the ship, too, how about a set of binoculars? Personally, I think you've done enough, but I know the feeling of wanting to see something opened.

You could also choose something like the Romantic package for 2:

But that would be waiting for you in your room.

You should ask him to get an account on these boards, so he can ask us what he can get you, and then we can load him up with suggestions of spa treatments and wine packages! :)

I would get him an "I'll Be your Mickey" tee shirt and yourself an "I'll be your Minnie" tee shirt.
Does he like a specific type of candy or snack that you could bring along with you? Something he would not be able to get on the ship but would be wanting to have at some point?
Or maybe a little something for each night you are sailing? Just small little thoughtful gifts that might be needed as well while you are away.

What a great gift! :)

Give him a gift certificate for a special cocktail on the ship or a formal portrait of the two of you.

For my family (DH and his parents) I have prepared matching shirts, matching hats, lanyards, magnets and beach bags! I also plan to surprise them in the room with a DCL beer buck (for my FIL) and a Rainforest Spa Pass (for my MIL). On Board Credit can be nice, too!

The tumbler can be a nuisance, you have to fill they with the disposable cups anyway. When we first started sailing DCL we would purchase an insulated mug good for refills the entire cruise, since they added the drink station with free drinks we found it much easier. Strongly recommend making your own personal door magnets, everyone up and don the hall can share your event. Perhaps you could wrap up a wine or beer tasting event or special excursion. When we were in St Maarten DD gave us a motorcycle tour around the island, one of the best excursions we have done.
