Name Plate Souvenir?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but is there a shop in WDW that sells little personalized license plates for children's bikes?

I would love to find some for my twins, who are getting bikes for their birthday just prior to our WDW trip.

I'm pretty sure I saw these last trip in several of the shops at several of the theme parks. For sure try the Emporium, Magic Kingdom and Mouse Gear at Epcot as these are the bigger ones. Almost forgot World of Disney at DTD. Racks of them sorted by name for boys and girls.
