Does anyone know the name of the light green colored cheese at the Princess Tea Party? I think I might have also seen it on photos of the Rose n Crown fruit and cheese plate, but it would have been an older photo. Thanks!

Do you think maybe it's the "Sage Derby" cheese listed on the adult menu of the My Disney Girls Perfectly Princess Tea? When you look that up on wikipedia it sure looks green in their photo.

DH & I really like cheese of all types but have never had this before, was it really good? :goodvibes

The adult menu includes Garden View specialty teas and a luncheon plate that consists of:
Egg salad sandwiches
Chicken-Almond salad sandwich
Blue Cheese Barquette
Smoked Cheddar cheese
Sage Derby Cheese
Lavosh (flat bread)
Grapes
A slice of princess cake
The kids menu consists of:
Peanut Butter & Jelly Hearts
Grapes
Apple Juice
A slice of princess cake

Yes, that must be it, thank you. I DID like it. I remember looking at it and thinking, hmm, it really looks unappealing (it seemed more green on my plate, but it was a smaller slice) and my daughter was mortified that I was actually going to put it in my mouth. But it was good!! I wanted to get some over the holidays for company, but never knew the name of it, and well, obviously, never got around to finding out until now!! LOL!! Thanks again!
