name fill I heart MM?

Hi, I have tried to experiment with photoshop but I just cannot get this right!
I want to do a I HEART MM design, similar to the I heart NY design we are all so familiar with.
Trying to stick to a red white and blue theme with the picture I used, we have white t-shirts so its mor red and blue background with the characters on it but I am just finding it far too complicated! Am only just getting started with the program and think maybe this is a bit advanced!
Can anyone make this design for me or does anyone have on already?

I am not exactly sure what you are wanting? What characters? Maybe some of the other disigners can help. I did a DISign similar to the I heart NY.
