Just planning ahead here... dh needs a new suit so I figure we should get one that he will be able to use on a future (not TOO future, I hope) cruise. DCL literature recommends a "dark suit." Do they strictly mean BLACK, or just not a light color?

Thanks!

Oh no, black, navy, dark gray...any of those would be fine! :)

I have see all colors.
But D/W still won't let me wear that "Powder Blue"leisure suit:p

DH has an olive green double breasted suit he looks fantastic in and wore it to formal night. He fit right in. On another non-formal night he wore only the pants with the same (repressed) dress shirt and a different tie-why pack more than you have to!!

Hey fire plug, the only trouble with leisure suits other than putting someone's eye out with the lapel ends, is if you fall down you would slide from one end of the ship to the other:D

The trouble with that idea is I have a LS for an eighteen y/o body thats now a 42 y/o body fully racked by furniture disease*

*(thats when your chest slips down to your drawers)

So maybe I will just leave that suit off at a second hand store.......
