Nail Varnish Advice

Hi there,
I need some advice... I'm going to a wedding on Saturday and I'm not a very girlie girl (like to be in jeans, hoody and trainers) but am pulling out all the stops. I have a strappy turquoise dress (very posh) and have just bought some strappy black sandals with diamante bits and stiletto heals (first time ever). This means that I need to put some nail varnish on my toes... so girls... what colour nails do you wear with a seriously bright blue dress????

Any advice gratefully received!

I would either go for a french manicure (very classy and will match anything) or a very pale pink or natural colour

I agree with Wilma-Bride, try to get non-acetone polish and remover it's better for your nails and practise putting it on before the big day You may want to get a set of those gel sticky pads (lots of shops and supermarkets stock them) for your lovely sandals, they really take the pressure off the balls of the feet and leave your feet feeling comfy. I agree too, natural look would be best.

I second the gel pads in the shoes, they're great!

get a pedicure and wear bright red toes, it'll really draw attention to your feet but you have to have it applied perfectly as red doesn't allow for mistakes.
personally I think natural feet look great in the summer for day wear but as an ex beauty therapist I'd go bright party feet for special occasions

Totall agree for a wedding that a french manicure would be best.

Or try OPI............ they do some gorgeous pale colours !!
