Hello, can anyone recommend a good nail salon off property? Were staying at SSR but the spa there is pretty expensive and time consuming. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanx

I know walmart had a nail place inside. My roomates used them several times during our college program. I just can't tell you where exactly it is? Was it on 535? or 192? Blech... it's the one that the busses would take us to from the apartments (but we all had cars, so we drove.) I could drive you there, but for the life of me I couldn't tell you where it it. Maybe Caryn knows what I'm talking about. It's pretty close off of I-4 and Disney property.

I Know There Is A Walmart Off The Osceola Parkway Which Runs Into Disney Its Like 10 Min Fr Disney

I lived there last summer and after checking around the best place I found was Magic Nails, they are close... right by the premium outlets (burberry, coach, fendi...) and they are better than just a regular place, they place spa music and have the most relaxing chairs and the best service. They really cared about doing a good job and it was a relaxing experience. I plan on taking my bridal party there. It was about 45 for a mani and a pedi french manicure style, which is pretty standard with the other locations around there.

Do you know if they do fills for acrylic nails? I have the Pink/White acrylics and I wanted to have my nails done the day before my wedding.

Yes they do, and they do an amazing job on the pink and whites, they were they only place all summer where my nails didn't turn yellow after being in the sun.

Is this the place by the publix? In that same shopping center? Kinda around the curve from the premium outlets?

No, its close but not in the same shopping center, do not go to that one, i went there twice last summer and not only did my nails turn yellow, but they cut me and made me bleed on almost every finger. It is in the same plaza as panera, closer to downtown disney, if the outlets are on your left continue on vineland past dixie stampede and it is in the next plaza on the left. It's brand new, it opened in the middle of the summer.

Thanks for the tip! I might take my bridal party there as well. How long would you say the drive is to Magic Nails from Downtown Disney?

Don't take this the wrong way, but do they speak English?

The place by my house is owned by Koreans, and they do a FANTASTIC JOB. However, they do everyone's french tips exactly the same way (the white part is super thick, instead of small and sorta natural looking). I try to explain to make them shorter, but they dont understand and I end up with a really thick tip that takes 2 weeks or more to grow out.

I would say its about 5 min. if that, its super close, and yes they speak very good english and that is something that is important to me because its very hard to go somewhere they don't understand what they are looking for. They even offered to bulk up the staff and close the place for the hours me and my bridal party would be there for no extra cost.

Thanx Skiqt323, this seems like the place she will go for her nails. I tried googling it for an address and I found 3 Magic Nails. One on New Broad St. and then 2 were Magic Nails & Spa and they were on N Alafaya TRL and Grand National Dr. Do any of these sound familiar? All are in orlando

Thank you so much for the information. My wedding is still a little more than a year away, but finding a good nail salon in Orlando has been on my mind for a while.

Thanks Skiqt! That helps a lot.

Btw... it's soooo refreshing to see a man doing the planning! My DF couldnt even tell you what our first dance song will be (even though we've danced to it several times in practice!)
