MYW w/PH = old PH???

On the AAA website they are still offering the old 4-day park hopper tickets for slightly less than the cost of a Magic Your Way 4-day ticket with the added park hopper option. Would the two work the same way? As far as I can tell they are both the same, but this is my first Disney trip since I was a kid, and the first trip I have planned by myself, so I was hoping one of the experts here could help me out Thank you!

AAA may be exhausting their inventory. If it says 4 day hopper, chances are it's a 4 day hopper. Call and double check.

As far as working the same, yes - both would provide 4 days of admission, and you'd be able to visit multiple parks on the same day. However, unused days on the Magic Your Way pass would expire 14 days after first use. Unused days on a park hopper would never expire.
