MYW w/ Free Dining September Question

I got the MYW free dining promo for my vacation last year but i can't remember alot about it. I want to go ahead and make ressies for the first week of september before Coronodo Springs fills up for that week but i'm not 100% sure on the dates. It will be that first week either checking in on 9/1 or 9/4. If i make the reservation now and need to change it within the next few weeks or months will I have a problem. Will i have to make the changes by the end of the promo period (june) or will i be given the up to 60 days option like normal WDTC packages or will i just be out of luck if i make changes at all? Or can I cancel days off the packagel ike book arrival 9/1 thru latest checkout date and cxl days off the arrival or departure date without a problem?

At this piont I am even so set on CS for this trip that I would be willing to make 2 seperate reservations for the different days and cancel one as soon as I find out. If I do this how much time do I have to cxl before our arrival date and receive all my deposit back?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If you know you will be going for sure - I would book as you said - the earliest possible arrival date and the latest possible departure date and then I think anytime before yourt final payment is due you could drop days off.
